No, the only movies that are available are listed on the website. Our movie database is updated every morning at 5am (Pacific). You can use the Product Search feature to find movies by title or upc code.

Can your store special order an item for me that is still currently being made?
Yes, we process special orders frequently. For example, we order Precious Moments twice a month from our supplier. If you let us know which items you are interested in, we can order it for you with our next order. Special orders can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks depending on our supplier.
Make sure to include the manufacturer's name, stocknumber (if known), and name of the product when requesting a special order.

I received an item with a manufacturer's defect...how can I get this replaced?
Manufacturer defects should be directly addressed to the product manufacturer. Please make sure you have the item in its original packaging.
For Hallmark products (ex. ornaments and movies), you can exchange this item at your nearest Hallmark Gold Crown Store or contact Hallmark Customer Service at 1-800-HALLMARK for prompt replacement of the product.

Do you ship to International locations and is there a minimum order?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Every week, we are shipping packages to our international friends in Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, and Brazil to name a few places. There is a $30 USD minimum order for international orders.

Yes, we offer our EXPRESS handling service. Your order is shipped within 48 hours. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you telephone us at 714-637-7354 for these type of orders, so we can confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. A $10 handling fee applies to express orders. Also, please let us know the absolute last day by which you need your order, so we can contact you if any problems should arise.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
There is no sales tax for deliveries outside of California. For deliveries within California, the sales tax rate is 7.75%

What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Ann's Gift Shop always uses the most economical shipping method for it's customers (US Postal Priority Mail for small packages and Federal Express Ground Service for large packages). Customers will be charged the actual shipping costs (based on weight and value of package) plus a handling fee (based on size of order).
You can request that we insure the item for damage or theft (additional fee applies for US Postal orders). Breakable or fragile items are always insured.
We offer two shipping and handling options:
Standard Shipping Service: Order arrives in 4-14 days.
Expedited Shipping Service: Order arrives in 2-6 days.
